Our StoryCorteva Agriscience announced plans to split into two independent, publicly traded companies. The seed business, to be named "SpinCo," will be home to Pioneer brand and is expected to generate $9.9 billion in net sales. Current CEO Chuck Magro will lead SpinCo.
